Eirik Garnas conducts health consultations via Skype on a regular basis. In the calendar below you’ll find the dates and times that are currently available. To book a consultation, select an available time (Time zone: Greenwich Mean Time (GMT)) and proceed to pay for the consultation via PayPal. Once you’ve completed these steps, you’ll receive a confirmation e-mail in your inbox. Eirik will call you via Skype at the specified time, so it’s important that you use an e-mail address that’s attached to your Skype account when you make the booking. Eirik doesn’t offer consultations outside of the times that are listed in the calendar. We apologize for any impediments this may cause.

– What’s the price of a consultation?
The cost of one consultation is 99 USD.
– Which time zone is used for the conduction of the consultations?
The consultations are conducted according to Greenwich Mean Time (GMT).
– Can I pay for the consultation with another payment service, or do I have to use PayPal?
Unfortunately, no other payment service beside PayPal is currently offered. If you don’t already have a PayPal account, you can sign up for one at PayPal.com. It only takes a minute or two.
– How many consultations can I book?
It’s possible to book up to 3 consultations at once.
– How long does a consultation last?
Each consultation lasts at the most 50 minutes. Some consultations may reach a natural ending point prior to this 50-minute mark (e.g., if all matters have been discussed) and are therefore finished sooner. In such instances, no partial refund is issued.
– What can this service do for me?
If you’re interested in this service, then chances are you’re not happy with your current health and/or physical fitness conditions. Perhaps you’re suffering from a chronic health problem, have trouble losing weight, and/or feel like you your current diet or training program isn’t delivering the results you’d been hoping for. A Skype consultation can help you make sense of why this is the case, as well as what you can do to remedy the situation and reach your goals in a smart and effective manner.
– What happens during the consultation?
At the beginning of the consultation, Eirik will ask you to inform him about your medical history, current health situation, and dietary and lifestyle practices, as well as what you want to achieve moving forward. Based on this information he’ll help you make sense of “what’s wrong with you” and make suggestions as to what you can do to overcome your health woes and build the body & physique that you desire. He will not design a detailed health or fitness plan for you; however, he’ll likely advice you to adhere to certain nutritional principles, conduct one or more medical tests, and/or change certain aspects of your lifestyle. During the consultation, you’ll get to ask Eirik any questions you may have that are related to health and fitness, so you’d be wise to prepare such questions beforehand.
