Eirik has worked with a diverse assortment of people, ranging from young women interested in losing a few pounds and carving out a better-looking physique to very sick individuals suffering from multiple health problems. His work, which consists of a mix of online and face-to-face coaching, has largely revolved around strength training, microbiome restoration, organic fitness, Darwinian nutrition, and corrective exercise.
