How this service can help you reach your health & fitness goals
Every day, we’re bombarded with information about diet, health, and fitness in the form of TV commercials, pictures and posts on social media, YouTube clips, and newspaper articles about health and medical-related phenomena and scientific discoveries. If one doesn’t know that much about how the human body functions or how science works, it can be very difficult to make sense of all of this information and separate the good advice from the bad.
Given this, it’s not surprising that a lot of people are confused about what they should eat to stay healthy, what kinds of supplements they should take, how much sleep they need, and so forth. Moreover, it’s not surprising that a lot of sick people haven’t been able to solve their problems despite searching long and hard for a cure for what ails them.
Perhaps you are one of these people. If so, then you can probably benefit from professional health guidance. By seeking the help of someone who has experience in dealing with health and nutrition-related issues, you can steer clear of many of the dangers that lurk in the health/fitness jungle and potentially make some significant headway towards reaching your goals. This is true irrespective of whether you’re today very sick, a little sick, or fairly healthy.
My experience and approach
Throughout the years I’ve worked as a coach/trainer and nutritionist, I’ve helped a great number of people improve their health, body composition, and general well-being. When I take on a new client, I always start out by doing a thorough assessment of the client’s health and medical situation. I ask the client to inform me about his or her medical history, health problems, eating behavior, and lifestyle, among other things. Based on this information, I evaluate the client’s situation and set up a plan/program for him or her to follow. This procedure has become somewhat of a specialty of mine.
Over the years I’ve refined and modified this process based on the experiences and knowledge I’ve accumulated. I’ve put a lot of work and effort into figuring out what the root causes of various illnesses and health problems are and how the human body functions. This work forms the basis for the health assessment services I provide.

Testimonials
Here’s what some of my clients had to say about working with me. My work with these clients evolved out of an assessment of their health and fitness status and goals.
– Mark
“After suffering with lower crossed syndrome for at least 7 years I came across Eirik’s blog. Previous to this, all I could find were people to diagnose my problem, but not how to fix my problem. I tried Eirik’s recommendations for a few months and it helped some, but, it wasn’t until I started using his online coaching in Feb. 2017 that I really started to make significant progress. With the use of videos I sent him, he was able to carefully look at my form and advise me on what I needed to do to correct my problem. I’ve worked with Eirik now for 6 months and everything about my life has improved. My posture has improved, my core strength is significantly better, he has helped me with my diet and I’ve never felt better! I LOVE the Paleo diet he recommends and have lost 25 lbs. and am more muscular and lean and defined than I’ve ever been. His understanding of the body is better than anyone I’ve ever known and I highly recommend working with him!”

“Eirik was my personal coach for two years. During those years we worked closely together, particularly in the gym, where he helped me improve my posture and instructed me in proper exercise technique. Under his supervision I was able to master a variety of different strength exercises, including the deadlift, box squat, and kettlebell swing, and greatly improve my physical strength. He also advised me on nutrition and equipped me with tools and knowledge that helped me to take better care of my health. He was an important source of inspiration and motivation. My body is now in great shape thanks to his professional support and help.”
– Anders
“Training with Eirik was a good experience in every aspect. His approach was specific to my goals, techniques, strength and weaknesses and I developed a skill set that made my own training much more effective. Every work-out was energetic and fun, something I appreciated after long office hours.”
What you have to do
To begin with, you have to purchase the service. That can be done below. After you’ve filled in your name (if you for some reason prefer to stay anonymous, you can fill in a pseudonym) and e-mail address and paid for the service, you’ll get to download a form that contains a list of questions that you need to answer. The questions cover things like what you eat, what your primary health goals are, how often you exercise, and what you’re willing to do to reach your goals. If you don’t feel like answering some of the questions, then that’s okay; however, you should know that if you skip over some questions, you may not got as much valuable information out of this service as if you answer all of the questions to the best of your ability.

After you’ve filled out the form, you need to send it to the e-mail address that’s listed at the top of the document. In addition to the filled-out form, please send over three photos of yourself: one from the side, one from the front, and one from the back. These photos are useful for assessing your posture and body composition. Please make sure the photos are no larger than 150 kilobytes each. (If you need to decrease their size, you can do so by opening and resizing them in a photo editing program such as Paint).
What you’ll get
At the latest 7 days after you’ve sent in the form, you’ll get a document in return that contains information about various aspects of your health. Here are some of the things the document is likely to contain:
- General information about your health
- An overview of the main disorders and causative factors that likely underlie any health problems you may be suffering from
- An overview of what’s good about your current approach to health and fitness, as well as what you should consider doing differently
- Recommendations about what you should do moving forward, nutrition and health wise
- Exercise tips and suggestions
You won’t receive a detailed health or fitness program that lists exactly how many sets you should do on different exercises, what you should eat for breakfast each day of the week, or how many grams of protein you should consume. What you will receive though, are various recommendations and tips that can help you build a healthy diet/lifestyle and body.
