Darwinian Medicine on YouTube

Darwinian medicine is now on YouTube! On the YouTube channel I explore various concepts and theories, many of which are integral to Darwinian medicine. I try to summarize each topic I cover in such a way that the key points are highlighted. That way, the person watching the video is left with an overarching understanding of the relevant issues. Moreover, by not making the videos very technical, sciency, or detailed, I ensure that they are understandable for a fairly wide audience. I’ve written lengthy articles about many of the topics I cover in the videos, so if anyone who watches a video feels that his or her interest is piqued, he/she can simply visit Darwinian-Medicine.com, where he/she will find more information.

His longstanding interest in nutrition, medicine, and health, topics he has spent a significant amount of time reading up on, was spurred by his desire to enhance his athletic performance and physique and overcome various health problems that had come to dominate many aspects of his life.
